Responsibilities

Inbound Call Handling: Professionally answer calls and provide accurate, helpful responses as per user requests.

Customer Query Resolution: Understand customer issues, resolve queries, or direct them to the appropriate teams for further resolution.

Call Efficiency: Maintain calls within prescribed Average Time Taken (ATT) while ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

Customer Experience: Deliver a pleasant and courteous experience on every call through empathetic listening and effective communication.

Process Adherence: Follow department guidelines and service-level agreements (SLA) related to call quality and metrics.

Escalation Management: Escalate complex queries to respective internal teams for prompt and efficient closure.

Reporting and Feedback: Document call details and feedback to support team improvement and better service delivery.
Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

A pleasant and confident telephonic voice with clear diction and strong listening skills.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to follow instructions quickly.

Typing accuracy and speed for efficient documentation.

Eligibity Criteria
- Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Willing to work from office in Noida.
- Open to working in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
