Responsibilities

• Handling customer chats promptly and professionally.
• Resolving customer queries related to bookings, payments, events, and ticketing issues.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
• Following set protocols and SOPs to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collaborating with internal teams if needed for issue resolution.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong customer service orientation with a calm, helpful attitude.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle web-based tools.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with online ticketing or customer support platforms is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Have completed graduation in any stream.
• Have 0–1 year of experience in customer service or chat support (freshers welcome!).
• Are comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
