Responsibilities
- Handling customer chats promptly and professionally.
- Resolving customer queries related to bookings, payments, events, and ticketing issues.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
- Following set protocols and SOPs to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams if needed for issue resolution.
Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong customer service orientation with a calm, helpful attitude.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle web-based tools.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with online ticketing or customer support platforms is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria
- Have completed graduation in any stream.
- Have 0–1 year of experience in customer service or chat support (freshers welcome!).
- Are comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
