We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Voice Process) to join our team in Pune. As an Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions within the assigned roster
• Own customer queries and provide resolution-based responses
• Communicate in an appropriate tone and language
• Offer solutions and educate customers on available services
• Stay updated with product, process, and policy changes
• Adhere to shift timings, schedules, and assigned activities
•  Accurately capture customer details and call information
• Ensure queries are resolved within agreed service timelines
• Handle outbound campaigns based on business requirements
• Build relationships and retain customers through excellent service
• Follow all contact center policies, procedures, and guidelines

Skills

• Ability to speak the local language fluently
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
• Attention to detail in recording customer interactions
• Technical orientation for troubleshooting minor issues

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers job opening – Minimum 6 months of BPO experience is mandatory
• Education: 10+2 or a Graduation degree in any discipline
