We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Voice Process) to join our team in Pune. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in a BPO environment, this role is perfect for you. As an Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions within the assigned roster
- Own customer queries and provide resolution-based responses
- Communicate in an appropriate tone and language
- Offer solutions and educate customers on available services
- Stay updated with product, process, and policy changes
- Adhere to shift timings, schedules, and assigned activities
- Accurately capture customer details and call information
- Ensure queries are resolved within agreed service timelines
- Handle outbound campaigns based on business requirements
- Build relationships and retain customers through excellent service
- Follow all contact center policies, procedures, and guidelines
Skills
- Ability to speak the local language fluently
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
- Attention to detail in recording customer interactions
- Technical orientation for troubleshooting minor issues
- Service mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers job opening – Minimum 6 months of BPO experience is mandatory
- Education: 10+2 or a Graduation degree in any discipline
