Responsibilities

• Develop and curate engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, training materials, manuals, and guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex topics into easy-to-understand learning materials.
• Design and execute internal communications plans to promote learning initiatives and internal events.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the learning management system (LMS) and Knowledge Management platform.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing learning materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support learning initiatives and provide guidance to employees regarding learning resources and tools.

Skills

• trong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, iSpring Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in content creation, communications, and/or learning and development (Freshers job opening)
