Zycus is seeking a Global Client Training & Change Consultant/Trainer to join its client learning center, Zycus University. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and experience in product training. They will play a crucial role in conducting Root Cause Analysis, implementing Corrective and Preventive actions, and managing Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects for global clients. This client-facing role involves training clients virtually and onsite, with potential international travel. The candidate will also be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, staying certified in procurement industry practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring the quality of training materials. Flexibility in working hours, including night shifts, is required, along with a willingness to travel globally based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Change Management projects for clients, managing activities from end to end.
  • Conduct client training sessions virtually and onsite, with potential international travel.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement programs for the team.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions for client dissatisfaction or process deviations.
  • Stay certified in procurement industry practices and Zycus Product suite.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their domain knowledge and delivery.
  • Audit team performance and training materials for quality and provide feedback.
  • Manage team mapping, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Present team objectives and trends to senior management.
  • Be open to flexible working hours, including night shifts, and global travel.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proven track record in leading Change Management projects for clients.
  • Experience in product training delivery to global customers.
  • Change Management certification is advantageous.
  • Strong training delivery skills, with preference for TTT certification.
  • Self-motivated with a strong orientation toward teamwork.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to understand business operations and provide analytical and solution-driven approaches.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2 to 8 years of product training experience preferred.
  • Any industry background with experience in product training delivery.
  • Change Management certification is advantageous.
  • Graduates/Postgraduates with additional certification in product training preferred.
