Job Description
Zycus is currently seeking BE/MBA graduates of the 2022-23 batch to join as Product Technical Analysts. The Walk-In drive is scheduled for January 20, 2024, at the Mumbai office. As a Product Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Zycus’ AI-driven procurement solution and serve as an expert on Zycus Procurement Performance and Spend Analytics application.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Product Technical Analyst on Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay).
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries/issues related to Zycus products, available on email/chat/call mediums.
- Collaborate with the Technical Account Management Team to ensure on-time deliverables and resolve customer issues.
- Participate in testing, including User Acceptance Testing, and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate and suggest innovative solutions and workarounds for customer requirements.
- Work on Zycus product configuration, Incident Management Tools, MS-Excel, etc.
- Provide technical understanding of Zycus products and demonstrate how they can be configured to meet customer business needs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MBA/Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in various disciplines.
- Experience Level: 0-1 years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work 24*7 shifts.
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work, with a strong desire to learn new tools and techniques.
