YASH Technologies is seeking talented UIPATH RPA Professionals with 1-3 years of experience to join their team in various locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Indore, and Pune. The role involves performing documentation of Chatbot projects, understanding customer requirements, manual intervention with bots, adhering to Process Mining principles, and supporting data transformation for larger datasets. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a team environment, follow escalation metrics, perform issue debugging, establish data connections, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Perform documentation of Chatbot projects and assist in rollouts and implementations.
- Understand and analyze customer requirements.
- Conduct manual intervention with bots as necessary.
- Adhere to Process Mining principles and contribute to creating data models.
- Work in a team environment and follow escalation metrics.
- Debug issues and raise incidents with required information.
- Perform data transformation for larger datasets.
- Establish data connections from process mining tool to IT systems.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of BPM tools such as IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, IBM BAW v19, and IBM BPM 8.6.
- Proficiency in database concepts, SQL development, SOAP, AXIS, and Java/Spring rest services.
- Experience with JavaScript technologies like Angular and ReactJS.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production defects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software development, specifically in UIPATH RPA.
- Strong understanding of BPM concepts and industry standards.
- Ability to work in diverse project environments and handle customer escalations effectively.
