Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate resolution of transactions and process tasks as per SOP.
• Collect all the information required to process a transaction.
• Process Health Insurance claims.
• Handle member enrollment (Payer).

• Typing speed of a minimum of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.

• Academic Qualification: High School / GED.
