Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements and design of the product/software, playing an instrumental role in its development.
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle and facilitate root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to obtain information on software capabilities and ensure optimal software/module development.
- Develop and automate processes for software validation, including setting up and designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases.
- Modify software to fix errors, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces as required.
- Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
- Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress, providing feedback on usability and serviceability.
- Ensure timely response to customer requests, capturing all requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expert-level coding skills in programming languages like Python, Java, etc.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
- Ability to work independently within a team and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and process excellence.
- Knowledge of various programming languages, tools, and quality management standards and processes
