Responsibilities
- Architectural Solutions Development
- Develop innovative architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests.
- Create enterprise-wide architectures focusing on scalability, reliability, and manageability.
- Provide robust solutioning for client Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring design assurance.
- Manage the portfolio of to-be-solutions, aligning them with business outcome objectives.
- Evaluate technology environments, client requirements, and set collaboration solution design frameworks.
- Offer technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using modern technology.
- Clearly articulate and document architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for seamless integration with the overall technology ecosystem.
- Enable Delivery Teams
- Provide optimal delivery solutions and frameworks for project success.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, technical leaders, and product owners.
- Develop and establish relevant technical and business process metrics to drive results.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, adhering to project management standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical, process, and structural risks, ensuring quality assurance.
- Client Engagement
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team in presenting comprehensive solution designs to clients.
- Negotiate, manage, and coordinate with client teams to ensure the fulfillment of all requirements.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and strong technical capability in client interactions.
- Competency Building and Branding:
- Facilitate necessary training and certifications for professional growth.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, and demos for emerging growth areas.
- Contribute to Wipro’s Thought Leadership through white papers, blogs, and other content.
- Mentor and guide developers, designers, and junior architects.
- Contribute to the architecture practice through involvement in selection interviews.
- Team Management
- Anticipate talent requirements and hire suitable resources for the team.
- Ensure effective onboarding and training for team members, enhancing their capabilities.
- Manage team attrition and promote diversity in leadership positions.
- Set performance goals, conduct timely reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 0-2 years of industry experience.
