Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Ensure seamless project delivery, adhering to schedule, quality, efforts, and costs.
- Create quarterly project charters with defined trajectories and 100% adherence.
- Monitor compliance with Project SLAs, security protocols, and customer contractual obligations.
- Conduct various project audits (quality, customer, ISO, etc.) ensuring zero non-compliance.
Client Relationship Management
- Engage with clients to deploy multiple solutions, enhancing value propositions.
- Conduct regular customer connects and participate in Management Review Meetings.
- Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to drive improvement actions and identify new opportunities.
Delivery Governance
- Create MIS and reports to monitor overall project progress.
- Conduct periodic reviews on operational, quality, and fulfillment parameters.
- Identify and resolve potential risks to drive zero surprise escalations and revenue leakage.
Operational Excellence
- Perform pareto analysis for incidents, identify automation opportunities, and drive hyper-automation initiatives.
- Brainstorm with the team to identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.
- Deploy Knowledge Management and sharing within the organization.
Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation
- Anticipate attrition and ensure the right talent supply chain.
- Drive quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning.
- Drive 100% compliance on training and upskilling requirements.
Team Management
- Forecast talent requirements and hire adequate resources.
- Ensure onboarding and training for team members.
- Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and manage team attrition.
Stakeholder Interaction
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for various aspects like delivery strategy, automation initiatives, contract management, recruitment, and more.
