Responsibilities

Delivery Management

  • Ensure seamless project delivery, adhering to schedule, quality, efforts, and costs.
  • Create quarterly project charters with defined trajectories and 100% adherence.
  • Monitor compliance with Project SLAs, security protocols, and customer contractual obligations.
  • Conduct various project audits (quality, customer, ISO, etc.) ensuring zero non-compliance.

Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with clients to deploy multiple solutions, enhancing value propositions.
  • Conduct regular customer connects and participate in Management Review Meetings.
  • Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to drive improvement actions and identify new opportunities.

Delivery Governance

  • Create MIS and reports to monitor overall project progress.
  • Conduct periodic reviews on operational, quality, and fulfillment parameters.
  • Identify and resolve potential risks to drive zero surprise escalations and revenue leakage.

Operational Excellence

  • Perform pareto analysis for incidents, identify automation opportunities, and drive hyper-automation initiatives.
  • Brainstorm with the team to identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.
  • Deploy Knowledge Management and sharing within the organization.

Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation

  • Anticipate attrition and ensure the right talent supply chain.
  • Drive quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning.
  • Drive 100% compliance on training and upskilling requirements.

Team Management

  • Forecast talent requirements and hire adequate resources.
  • Ensure onboarding and training for team members.
  • Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and manage team attrition.

Stakeholder Interaction

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders for various aspects like delivery strategy, automation initiatives, contract management, recruitment, and more.
