Responsibilities

As a Developer at Wipro, your role includes:

Understanding the requirements and design of the product/software.
Developing software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Investigating problem areas throughout the software development life cycle.

Facilitating root cause analysis of system issues and problem statements.
Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and impact availability.
Analyzing client requirements and converting them into feasible designs.

Collaborating with functional teams or systems analysts for detailed investigation into software requirements.
Performing coding and ensuring optimal software/module development.
Determining operational feasibility through evaluation of analysis, problem definition, requirements, and software development.

Developing and automating processes for software validation through the setup and design of test cases/scenarios/usage cases.
Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.

Ensuring code is error-free, conducting tests, and addressing failures.
Coordinating with the team on daily project status and progress, documenting it.
Providing feedback on usability, serviceability, and reporting quality risks to stakeholders.

Capturing client requirements and clarifications for better quality work.
Participating in continuing education and training to stay current on best practices and new programming languages.
Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

Documenting and demonstrating solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
Ensuring good quality interaction with customers through various communication channels.
