Valeo, a global tech company, is seeking an Engineering System Engineer ( The Job Opening for Freshers) to join its team in Chennai. As a key player in the Valeo Lighting Systems R&D Electronic Systems Department, the Systems Engineer will be responsible for system design, innovation, methodology, tools, and product derivative deployments within the product group. The role involves developing systems according to Valeo and A-Spice System Engineering Methodology standards, undertaking system functional tasks, leading system architecture choices, and ensuring project milestones are met while adhering to Quality, Cost, and Delay parameters. Additionally, the Engineer will support project team members for system implementation and standardization.

Responsibilities
- Develop systems according to Valeo and A-Spice System Engineering Methodology standards.
- Undertake system functional tasks on a family of products.
- Elicit requirements with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead system architecture choices.
- Establish detailed requirements in the specification at the system and component level.
- Ensure project milestones are met in respect of Quality, Cost, and Delay.
- Introduce system standardization with the system team.
- Support project team members for system implementation and maintain a critical eye regarding it.
Skills
- Proficiency in requirements management.
- Experience with modeling and simulation.
- Knowledge of automotive communication networks (CAN/LIN).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Confidence in leading system architecture decisions and project milestones.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
- Experience in system engineering or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Valeo and A-Spice System Engineering Methodology standards.
- Strong understanding of automotive communication networks.
- Ability to adhere to project milestones and standards.
