Responsibilitity

Define System & Software Quality Targets for the project.

Create and maintain the Project Quality Assurance plan for System and Software.
Monitor the progress of Quality activities.
Conduct Product & Process audits as per the Project Quality Assurance Plan.

Perform System & Software Milestone Preparation Audits.
Track and manage risks, ensuring proper assessment and resolution.
Report Product & Process Indicators and GGRs related to System and Software Quality.

Ensure compliance with Standard Process Map and Clean Project Management.
Assess project compliance with Group Golden Rules.
Support internal and OEM project assessments.

Provide support, coaching, and training to System & Software Project Team Members on quality assurance processes.
Challenge and provide coaching to other Project Team Members and Contributors.
Support the Q-PTM in preparing CLPP before CLEAN milestones for System & Software-related questions.

Focus on Design & Change, ensuring novelty considerations in Design Reviews and Project Quality Assurance plans.
Contribute to Technical Reviews as per the Project Quality Assurance Plan.
Ensure Change Control Boards are performed according to the defined process.

Support Supplier management activities, including defining requirements for external System and Software suppliers, conducting audits, and participating in acceptance reviews.
Ensure customer communication about System and Software Quality Status is prepared and supported.
Conduct Software Release Readiness Audits and contribute to System Delivery Reviews.

Assess consistency of Deliveries to the customer and approve Software deliveries.
Ensure application of QRQC rules in System and Software scope.
Participate in the Project QRQC and ensure adherence to QRQC rules and standards.

Support the system and software team for Problem-solving according to QRQC.
Identify Lessons Learned and Best Practices and share them with the Process Improvement organization.
