Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the development team to understand application requirements and functionality.

- Perform thorough regression testing for software updates and new releases.
- Optimize test cases for maximum efficiency and reusability.
- Analyze test results to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide feedback on software usability, functionality, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with established QA standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to enhance quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation for test cases, scripts, and processes.
Skills
- Proficiency in automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience in software testing and automation.
