UST is currently seeking candidates for the position of Developer II – Software Engineer. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates for the role of Developer-II. As a Software Engineer at UST, you will be responsible for understanding application features and component design, developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements, and ensuring code optimization with appropriate approaches and algorithms. You will collaborate effectively with customers, articulate their input, and contribute to the optimization of efficiency, cost, and quality through automation/process improvements and agile delivery models.

Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at UST, your responsibilities will include:
- Explaining and communicating the design/development to the customer.
- Performing and evaluating test results against product specifications.
- Developing user interfaces, business software components, and embedded software components.
- Managing and ensuring high levels of cohesion and quality.
- Using data models to enhance software components.
- Estimating effort time required for own work.
- Performing and evaluating tests in the customer’s or target environments.
- Being a team player with good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactively asking for and offering help.
