Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management, configuration, and support of Observability tools and platforms.
- Building and operating highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure systems in a distributed system highly distributed and dynamic Hybrid Cloud environment.
- Managing the stability and reliability of the platform, monitors, and systems.
- Building Dashboards and monitors on the platform, supporting the observability platform for various teams in the organization.
- Working closely with Product Engineering, Support organizations, SRE, Cloud Operations on various projects.
- Managing the Observability platform for the whole organization, integrated with major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) – AWS, Azure, & GCP.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience and hands-on expertise with one or more Cloud Providers.
- Practical knowledge of Python, Jenkins, GIT, Terraform.
- Experience with any Observability tool (Datadog Preferred).
- Knowledge of Databases, Network topologies.
Skills
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux), TCP/IP, HTTP, and Micro-services (Kubernetes).
- Excellent Documentation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Distributed systems.
- Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills.
