Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for system-related issues, troubleshooting operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Answer incoming calls and emails, assisting customers with technical issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications over remote support.
• Manage customer complaints with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Escalate complex technical issues to supervisors and relevant support teams.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
• Identify common technical issues and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient resolution.
• Monitor and report trends in customer issues to improve IT support services.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
• Ability to empathize, pacify, and resolve irate customer queries with patience.
• Technical knowledge in troubleshooting Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, VPN, Citrix, and security applications.
• Experience in remote IT support and issue resolution.
• Ability to research, analyze, and solve customer complaints using available tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in documenting issues, tracking tickets, and creating SOPs.
