Synopsys is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to integrate cutting-edge Interface IP (IIP) into their ASIC SoC/systems, focusing on next-generation products utilizing DDR/LPDDR4/4x/5. The position offers exciting opportunities to engage with Synopsys IIP and the latest industry specifications/applications across various market segments. As an Application Engineer, you will provide crucial guidance on IIP integration, address technical challenges throughout the SoC flow, conduct integration reviews at key milestones, and support silicon/system bring-up. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers on the integration of Interface IP into ASIC SoC/systems.
- Work on next-generation products utilizing DDR/LPDDR4/4x/5.
- Provide IIP integration guidance throughout the SoC flow.
- Address technical challenges and perform integration reviews at key milestones.
- Support silicon/system bring-up.
- Potentially engage in travel as required.
Skills
- At least 2 to 3 years of related IP design or customer experience.
- ASIC design experience with a proven background.
- Proficiency in one or multiple steps of IP design or integration flow for ASIC / SoC design.
- Domain knowledge in protocols such as PCI Express, SERDES, Serial ATA.
- Strong RTL and Gate Level simulation Debug skills.
- Familiarity with Front-end implementation tools like Synthesis, Static Timing Analysis, Logical Equivalence Check.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in automation/HVAC system engineering/commissioning.
