Job Responsibilities

As a Product Support Engineer at Sprinklr, you will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving product and technical issues faced by clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Duplicating and troubleshooting product and technical issues.
  • Developing in-depth product expertise to provide effective solutions.
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and working within escalation processes to resolve more advanced problems. Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of MySQL, with familiarity with MongoDB being a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience in software/support and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid grasp of web and social media platforms.
