Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to identify software defects.
- Work with Java programming concepts such as data types, variables, operators, flow control, exception handling, and OOPS.
- Conduct database testing using MySQL/PgSQL.
- Use Selenium and JMeter for test automation and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using testing tools.
- Conduct rigorous testing by creating large datasets and performing back-end validation.
- Assist developers, support teams, and product managers in debugging issues.
- Re-test and verify bugs/issues that have been fixed.
Skills
- Manual & Automation Testing experience
- Strong knowledge of Java programming (OOPS, Exception Handling, File Handling, etc.)
- Experience in MySQL/PgSQL for database testing
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and JMeter
- Strong analytical skills to perform rigorous testing
- Knowledge of testing tools and defect tracking systems
- Ability to collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers job opening – Candidates with basic knowledge of software testing are welcome.
- Experienced professionals with 1-3 years of experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
