Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance frontend Engineer (web applications) for a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with Product Designers & Managers to improve existing products and develop new ones.
• Contribute to open-source projects and BookMyShow’s internal libraries.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on complex engineering problems.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work on React.js, JavaScript (ES6), WebPack, and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Ensure high-quality standards for UI/UX, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Skills

• Strong experience in Frontend Development (React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Proficiency in modern web technologies (ES6, WebPack, PWA, Next.js).
• Experience with frontend performance optimization and isomorphic rendering.
• Good understanding of repo structure, component-based architecture, and state management.
• Ability to debug and solve performance bottlenecks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for high-quality code.
• Experience in contributing to open-source projects (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Frontend Development.
• Strong understanding of React.js, JavaScript, and UI frameworks.
• Prior experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications.
