Snowflake, a leading data platform, is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join its team in Pune, India. The developer will play a crucial role in building a world-class finance automation platform for Snowflake, powering key core finance integration and reporting requirements for the enterprise business.

Responsibilities

Create technical design specs, perform unit and system integration tests, deploy, and support all Workday integrations.

Understand business problems and build efficient solutions using Workday Finance Module and related capabilities.
Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, XSLT, and XPath.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.

Manage Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.
Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors.
Participate in Workday semi-yearly release reviews and testing, identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality.

Provide production support for incident management and integration monitoring as needed.
Contribute to the product vision and drive team planning.

Skills

2+ years of Workday Finance or HCM experience, with report writing and integrations (Workday Finance experience preferred).

Experience with highly complex integrations, preferably between Finance, Payroll, and Bank Partners using Workday tools.
Good knowledge of Workday Finance module concepts and capabilities.
Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio Development, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.

Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and Java.
Experience with BIRT preferred.
Workday integrations experience with a good understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks.

Certification in Workday Studio Integration will be a plus.
Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, including with geographically diverse teams.
Highly organized with effective multitasking and prioritization skills, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
