Responsibilities

As an IT Technical Engineer at Signify, your responsibilities will include:

Designing, experimenting, and implementing AI-Ops concepts.
Enabling and contributing to the ‘let’s go crazy’ initiative: using an out-of-the-box mindset to drive efficiencies across the Technology operation and boost service experience.
Supporting Advance Analytics and data initiatives and working on RPA projects.

Collaborating with the Digital office to support PPMO, Communication, and other Digital Excellence Initiatives.
Working on building a sustainable future for the organization and contributing to the world.
Learning new Technologies, Processes, and working on strategic initiatives of the organization.

Focusing on Automation and Process improvements.
Understanding and working on various Project Management (Scrum, Agile, DevOps) and Architecture frameworks to deliver value to customers.
Being part of a global organization and participating in global events and engagement activities.

Skills

Completion of B-Tech Graduation.
