Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at ServiceNow, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code, adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of code from design to delivery.
- Design software that is user-friendly and customizable to meet specific customer needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing existing product suites.
Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 0-2+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
- Passion for JavaScript and web development, focusing on reusability and componentization.
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong analytical and design skills.
- Working knowledge and ability to use tools such as IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, and ServiceNow instances.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Students pursuing a Master’s program in Computer Science or Information Technology, graduating in 2024, are eligible to apply.
- Demonstrated passion for software development and technology.
