Responsibilities

Develop and maintain internal business data experience applications as part of the Data Factory team.

Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and ensure the integration of data for reporting and analytics.

Build seamless and optimized ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) jobs using SAP BODS.

Integrate data between business intelligence systems and other enterprise applications.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data jobs and schedules.

Drive the adoption of best practices in data engineering, process improvement, and automation.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Skills
Tehnical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL Development – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in SAP BODS ETL job creation and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Universe Design and Business Objects (BO) Report Design – Preferred.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Atomic or Windows Scheduler.
- Understanding of CRM, Sales, and Marketing data structures – Advantageous.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments.
- Aptitude for creating detailed technical documentation and gathering requirements effectively.
Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.

0 to 4 years of experience in SAP BODS and Oracle SQL Development.

Willingness to work from Pune (on-site).
