Responsibilities
- Edit scientific and Remote Editor engineering manuscripts to meet publication standards.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and readability.
- Format manuscripts according to journal guidelines.
- Adhere to subject-specific conventions in engineering and technology.
- Provide constructive feedback to researchers for manuscript improvement.
- Maintain high quality standards and timely delivery of edited content.
Skills
- Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Technology, or Physical Sciences.
- Strong command of English grammar, structure, and scientific terminology.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot technical and linguistic errors.
- Prior experience in scientific editing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Technology, or Physical Sciences.
- Experience: 0-3 years in academic editing, research writing, or technical editing.
