PhonePe is seeking an ABT Advisor to join its Inhouse Customer Experience team in Bengaluru. The ABT Advisor will play a crucial role in solving customer queries, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and optimizing support systems. The ideal candidate will exhibit integrity, customer-centricity, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Graduates with 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply. Multilingual skills, especially in South Indian languages, are preferred.
