Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time technical support for issues related to Windows, Mac OS, SCCM, Citrix, Active Directory accounts, and more.
  • Handle incoming customer calls, analyze issues, and apply appropriate Knowledge Base articles to resolve them.
  • Document case notes in the ticket tracking system and escalate incidents as necessary.
  • Serve as the point of contact for new customers, introducing them to Oracle and educating them on our products and services.
  • Support may be delivered via phone or electronic channels, with the possibility of working in a call center environment.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquettes.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, with experience in managing Active Directory accounts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and install MS Office, Printer, Citrix, VMware, and other software/hardware issues.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and technical support practices.
  • Preferred: Neutral accent and strong call handling skills, with a proven track record of resolving a wide range of technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers job opening for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in technical support.
  • Must have strong communication skills and a willingness to work in US shifts.
  • Experience in supporting global customers and managing Active Directory accounts.
  • Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
