Responsibilities

• Interface with the customer’s IT staff on a regular basis.
• Resolve moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance, use, and repair/workarounds for Oracle products.
• Work either at the client’s site or from a remote location.
• Utilize knowledge of some Oracle products and one platform being supported.
• Operate with general guidance from senior engineers and management, and independently in some areas.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Oracle products and platforms, strong problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with customers and explain technical issues.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• This is a freshers job opening.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
