NTT Data are looking for a Analysis, Data Science & AIML, GenAI Lead/Engineer to lead and contribute to innovative projects in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. In this role, you will develop and deploy advanced machine learning models, including Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

About 

NTT Data are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Frameworks Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of AI frameworks for inference. This role focuses on enhancing the PyTorch framework to deliver top-tier performance for deep learning inference models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement traditional machine learning algorithms.
• Deploy at least one machine learning model in a production environment.
• Write and maintain Python code for data science and machine learning projects.
• Design and develop software techniques for AI frameworks, both hardware-agnostic and hardware-aware.
• Enhance and extend inference and training capabilities in the software stack.
• Profile deep learning inference workloads and identify optimization opportunities.

Skills

• Advanced programming skills in Python and C++.
• Expertise in parallel programming.
• Ability to debug complex issues in multi-layered software systems.
• Understanding of software integration across open-source frameworks and internal framework layers.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture.

Eligibility Criteria

• BTech, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related fields
• At least 2-3 years working on inference frameworks/tools for deep learning models deployed or used by customers.
• Contributions to architecture/design of inference systems.
• Deep understanding of machine learning optimization and deployment techniques, such as quantization.
• Experience with optimization techniques for deploying large language models (LLMs).
• Strong implementation knowledge of transformers and inference-specific optimizations.
• Deployed at least one machine learning model in a production environment.
