Description
As an MS Engineer at NTT, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. Your responsibilities will involve diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, or networked and/or wireless systems. The role also includes responding to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems and may involve customer installation and training.

Responsibilities
- Ensure configuration, installation, testing, and operation of assigned infrastructure at client sites.
- Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts promptly.
- Identify and log incidents, problems, and errors with the required level of detail.
- Analyze, assign, and escalate support calls, investigating third-line support calls and identifying root causes.
- Report and escalate issues to third-party vendors when necessary.
- Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients.
- Conduct monthly random reviews of incidents and service requests, recommending improvements in quality.
- Proactively identify opportunities for work optimization, including automation possibilities.

Required Experience
- Demonstrated work experience in an Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization.
- Experience in Managed Services and working knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience collaborating with vendors and/or third parties.
