NICE, a global leader in financial crime, risk, and compliance solutions, is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their X-Sight R&D engineering team in Pune, India. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of microservices and frontend components for the X-Sight cloud-native platform.

Responsibilities

Develop microservices using cloud-native components for the X-Sight platform.

Develop frontend components and integrate them with backend services.
Design and implement software features according to architecture and product requirements.
Write automation tests to ensure compliance with design and requirements.

Deploy developed services and frontend components to production environments and ensure uptime.
Collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile methodologies and tools.
Work closely with development and product teams in India, Israel, and the US.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in software development using Java (v11+), Spring Boot, OOP principles, JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
Experience in building, testing, and deploying microservices.

Good-to-have experience with AWS services like S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and EKS.
Good-to-have experience with frontend development in VueJs.
Good-to-have experience with Infra-as-code tools like Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Self-motivated, fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
