Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of market data, shares, and corporate actions.
• Gain knowledge of stock exchanges, boards, and holiday calendars.
• Source and ensure the quality of input data for index development and maintenance.
• Handle corporate actions and assess their impact on price, shares, and entity data.
• Conduct UAT for system improvements and validate data integrity.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and dashboards.
• Drive process improvements and maintain compliance with Morningstar’s KPIs and KRAs.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements for system functionality and data quality.

Skills

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business (Master’s degree is a plus).
