Morgan Stanley is actively hiring fresh graduates for the role of Technology Summer Analyst. This opportunity is open for B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA graduates, and candidates from the batch of 2024 are eligible to apply. The program spans over 2 months, starting in May each year. Summer Analysts will be assigned to specific development or infrastructure teams, providing them with hands-on experience in a real-world, project-based environment. The program includes induction training, live project work, guest lectures by senior management, and various networking and team-building events.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program, expected to graduate in 2024
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, or C#) and database knowledge
- Operating system knowledge (Windows and Unix)
- Strong problem-solving skills, experience in object-oriented development, comprehension of data structures, algorithms, and complexity theory
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
- Fluency in English
