Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer in the Azure Storage team, you will be at the forefront of building, improving, and supporting highly scalable and performant services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Service Development: Build and enhance highly scalable services delivering reliable, secure, and globally accessible storage for customers.
- Data Challenges: Address challenges related to monitoring, analyzing, and designing for the ever-growing data needs of customers, ensuring data privacy, protection, and compliance.
- Innovation: Contribute to innovation in cloud services and storage, making high-impact changes daily in a dynamic, flexible, and globally distributed team.

Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong coding experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Excellence in software engineering practices.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in building quality products and services, preferably in distributed systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with coding experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check required.
- Preferred: Additional technical engineering experience or Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
