The team focuses on Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance Development, Learning Interventions, and Exit Management activities. Additionally, it provides on-ground support and drives COE initiatives related to Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, while upholding the core values and culture of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities, driving and supporting the Rewards and Benefits Strategy and Philosophy across all entities and business units of KGS.
  • Monitor monthly payroll, ensuring accurate processing by the payroll vendor.
  • Manage the Compensation system and related activities.
  • Work on payroll and compensation analytics dashboards, including cost simulations.
  • Liaise with other functions such as Finance, Payroll, and Legal teams for the smooth administration of existing and new Total Rewards programs.
  • Extend support in all internal and external audits, managing processes to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with existing and new Statutory Compliances.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify improvement opportunities, consult with leaders to agree on solutions, and foster a culture of continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: MBA (HR)
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience covering Compensation and Benefits operations and people analytics is preferred.

Mandatory Technical & Skills

  • Proficiency in working with MS Excel and a strong grasp of data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with stakeholders across levels and teams.
  • Attention to detail and taking end-to-end ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Technical & Skills

  • Experience in managing compensation through systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or in-house tools).
