Responsibilities

Reviewing MEP drawings and identifying HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors.

Reviewing control specifications and sequence of operations.
Generating initial review sheets and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Creating Bill of Materials, selecting sensors, control valves, dampers, air flow stations, controllers, etc.

Handling control devices and controller wiring, terminations, interlock wiring.
Preparing I/O Summary and BMS network architecture.
Software programming of supervisory and DDC level controllers, preparing test plans, performing simulation, and delivering commissioning packages to the field from the India Engineering center.

Ensuring quality assurance and defect-free hardware and software package delivery.
Adhering to all processes and guidelines to execute projects within the timeline.

Eligibility Criteria

BE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication).

Basic understanding of Instrumentation & Control loops.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Primary & Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, Different types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems, etc.
Strong knowledge of BMS architecture with different types of Operator workstations, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators, etc.

Knowledge of different types of network protocols like BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, and other communication protocols.
Proficient in wiring of starters, field devices, safety interlocks & panels.
Experience in engineering, installing, and commissioning HVAC & BMS systems for infrastructure projects.

Experience in the field of Industrial Automation (PLC programming / DCS/ SCADA) will be an added advantage.
Must be a quick learner with problem-solving skills.
Proficient in written and verbal communication.
