Responsibilities
Employee Engagement:

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement events and activities.

Support the implementation and analysis of employee feedback surveys.

Draft internal communication content related to engagement programs.

Collaborate with HR team members to create initiatives that boost morale and team spirit.
Talent Acquisition:

Aid in job postings, resume screenings, and interview coordination.

Engage in candidate communication and outreach.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Support new hire onboarding processes for a smooth transition.
Skills
