Responsibilities
- Collaborate on various cross-functional projects, integrating expertise from service lines such as Digital Technologies, Testing, Data & Analytics, Oracle, SAP, Cyber Security, and many other cutting-edge domains.
- Design, develop, and deliver forward-thinking technology solutions aimed at addressing complex and evolving business challenges with innovation and precision.
- Actively engage in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial planning and requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Provide end-to-end support to clients, including technology implementation, optimizing reporting processes, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives to modernize their operations.
- Undertake thorough testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable software systems.
Skills
- Basic understanding or experience with:
- Programming languages: Java, .NET, Python, or similar.
- Databases: SQL, Oracle, or Teradata.
- Software development best practices and SDLC.
- Internship experience in a relevant technology domain (preferred).
- Behavioral competencies:
- Adaptability and collaboration.
- Innovative and digital mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- BE/B. Tech (IT, Computer Science, or Circuit branches).
- Minimum of 60% marks throughout academics.
- No active backlogs.
- Open to freshers passionate about technology and consulting.
