Responsibilities
- Handle all customer interactions as per the assigned schedule.
- Demonstrate ownership and professionalism in customer communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries in an appropriate tone and language.
- Provide solutions to customer queries and educate them where applicable.
- Maintain and update knowledge of products, systems, processes, and policies.
- Adhere to roster timings, scheduled shifts, and planned activities.
- Capture relevant customer details and data for calls or services.
- Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines.
- Manage outbound campaigns as required by the business.
- Build and retain customer relationships through service excellence.
- Follow all contact center policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Requirement:
- Minimum 10+2 or Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience Requirement:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service (minimum 6 months in a BPO is mandatory).
