Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer interactions as per the assigned schedule.

  • Provide solutions to customer queries and educate them where applicable.
  • Maintain and update knowledge of products, systems, processes, and policies.
  • Adhere to roster timings, scheduled shifts, and planned activities.
  • Capture relevant customer details and data for calls or services.
  • Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines.
  • Manage outbound campaigns as required by the business.
  • Build and retain customer relationships through service excellence.
  • Follow all contact center policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Requirement:
    • Minimum 10+2 or Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience Requirement:
    • 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service (minimum 6 months in a BPO is mandatory).
