Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of developmental and foundational tasks related to IT and cybersecurity.

• Assisting in research and analysis of information security practices, tools, and procedures.

• Gaining knowledge of basic financial services and banking industry processes.

• Attending internal training to build domain-specific and technical expertise.

• Supporting the security team in day-to-day operational tasks and documentation.

• Assisting in identifying and mitigating potential cybersecurity threats.

• Participating in monitoring of systems for vulnerabilities and risk assessment.

• Assisting in implementing and evaluating security protocols and tools.

• Learning and applying basic concepts in network security, system integrity, and data protection.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of networking, computing devices, and operating systems.

• Awareness of cybersecurity principles and IT architecture.

• Familiarity with systems development and information security best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Eligibity Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• A good grasp of IT fundamentals, networks, and systems.

• Certifications or coursework in cybersecurity or network security is a plus.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
