Responsibilities

• As an IT Network Solutions Senior Engineer, your role will include:

• • Configuring and managing Juniper and Fortinet devices, ensuring seamless routing, firewall setup, and interface management.

  • Establishing network standards by analyzing access, workflow, information flow, and security requirements.

  • Monitoring network performance and availability, including throughput, latency, goodput, and utilization.

  • Conducting network tuning, troubleshooting, and problem escalation as needed.

  • Maintaining firewall security, VPNs, antivirus systems, and email security protocols.

  • Managing VoIP systems and handling updates or system configurations.

  • Creating and implementing security solutions for intrusion detection, vulnerability testing, and forensic analysis.

  • Supervising installations of software/hardware and ensuring regulatory IT compliance.

  • Developing and updating documentation, policies, and incident reports for internal tracking and audits.

  • Continuously testing, analyzing, and improving system security measures and infrastructure performance.

Skills

• Hands-on expertise in Juniper and Fortinet devices and related configurations.
• Deep knowledge of WAN & LAN administration, network traffic analysis, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience in network performance monitoring tools and VoIP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in network hardware/software.
• Solid understanding of network security principles, policies, and industry-standard best practices.
• Familiarity with virus protection, firewall configuration, and email security protocols.
• Proficiency in conducting system audits and forensic investigations post-intrusion.

Eligibity Criteria

• Freshers job opening – Suitable for both entry-level and experienced professionals with:
• Certifications in Networking and Hardware Engineering (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Prior experience or academic exposure to IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system diagnostics.
• Strong passion for working in secure, large-scale enterprise networks.
