iRely is seeking Full-Time Software Developer Trainees to join their team in Bengaluru, India. As a trainee, you will participate in a self-proving program to demonstrate your technical skills by developing and demonstrating assigned test projects. Successful completion of the program will lead to an opportunity to work on iRely’s business ERP software. This role requires candidates with knowledge in C#, SQL, and JavaScript. During the self-proving program, you will be provided with references to free online technical articles or materials to self-study and apply those technologies/techniques in your test projects.

Responsibilities
- Participate in a self-proving program to demonstrate technical skills through assigned test projects.
- Develop and demonstrate test projects using C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Successfully complete test projects on all aspects, including the ability to show a working model during demo sessions.
- Self-study and apply technologies/techniques provided through free online technical articles or materials.
- Collaborate with team members during the program.
- Upon successful completion, transition to working on iRely’s business ERP software.
Skills
- Knowledge in C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Web development experience is an advantage.
- Excellent ability to understand instructions and follow through.
- Fast learner with a strong attitude towards learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team player with strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of programming terminologies or high research ability.

Eligibility Criteria
- BE/B.Tech/MSc/ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 70%.
- Willingness to work from the office in Bengaluru.
