Responsibilities

As a Validation Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and functionality of image processing algorithms. Your responsibilities include:

Understanding Application Features: Grasp intricate features of applications and translate them into comprehensive test procedures.
Manual Validation: Conduct manual validations for selected applications and features to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Automation Testing: Develop automation tests for defined procedures, enhancing efficiency and scalability.

Test Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor test reports, perform in-depth analysis, and communicate identified issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with Development Teams to understand new features, tools, and actively contribute to the design of test strategy and plans.

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Technical Proficiency: A strong command of C++ or C# and familiarity with the MS Visual Studio environment on Windows. Proficiency in version control systems, particularly git, is essential.
Communication Skills: Exceptional English proficiency and communication abilities are crucial for effective collaboration and reporting.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Apium or other automation frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with scripting languages and a basic understanding of imaging algorithms and hardware platforms would be advantageous.
