Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their unique business needs, processes, and objectives.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct detailed requirements analysis, translating client needs into clear and actionable implementation plans.
- Solution Configuration: Configure IntegriChain’s software solutions to align with client requirements, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing of configured solutions to validate functionality and troubleshoot issues.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and any customizations for clients.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring effective use and maintenance of implemented solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and data analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing IntegriChain’s implementation methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Science/Technology Graduate/Post-Graduate degree is acceptable.
- 1-3 years of industry experience.
- Proven ability to efficiently and accurately learn tasks and skills.
- Analytical mindset with effective quantitative data management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation skills.
- Flexible attitude to meet changing customer needs and management demands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work in a complex and global environment.
