Responsibilities

Engage customers and partners through phone, email, and web-based interactions.

Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term account relationships.

Assist in evaluating and recommending tailored solutions based on customer needs.

Work closely with field sales teams to support customer acquisition and growth.

Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through Dell’s technology portfolio.

Maintain and expand customer database within assigned territory.

Provide support during the sales cycle, from lead qualification to closure.

Stay updated on new product offerings and industry trends to remain a trusted advisor.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
- Understanding of IT products and services (basic level is acceptable for freshers).
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and team collaboration abilities.
- Experience or exposure to relationship selling techniques is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

Individuals with 0–2 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer support.

Candidates with a passion for sales, communication, and client success.

A mindset to learn, grow, and build a career in B2B or enterprise-level sales.

Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
